AMCM Association Membership Application

For those wishing to make their payment online please select one of the following PayPal categories.  You must submit the above form so that when your online payment is made we will add you to the Association Membership Roster. All other must also submit the above information and when you make your payment by check or money order you will be added to the Membership Roster upon receipt of payment.

 

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP: All applicants, both military and/or civilian, that served with/or in support of AMCM squadrons, MCM Units, Logistics, Headquarters, Manufacturing and/or Repair Facilities, Depots, Intermediate Maintenance Departments, Field Service Representatives, and AMCM Training Activities shall be granted Regular Membership. DUES: $20.00 One (1) year.  Membership card will be valid for One (1) year.  Spouse of a dues paying member will also receive a membership card. NOTE: As of the St. Louis Reunion, when you attend a reunion your membership card will be automatically renewed for an additional One (1) year.

Regular Membership - $20.00 for One (1) year (Spouse also receives a membership card).

 
LIFE MEMBERSHIP: Those individuals meeting the above criteria, and who wish to donate the sum of One-hundred ($100.00) dollars shall be granted Life Membership.   Spouse also receives a Life Membership card.

Life Membership - $100.00

 
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: Those individuals not meeting the above criteria for Regular Membership and who agree to support the goals and purposes of the Association, shall be granted Associate Membership and shall have the same priviledges and honors of a regular member.  DUES: $20.00 .

Associate Membership - $20.00 for One (1) year. (Spouse also receives a membership card).

 

HONORARY LIFE MEMBERSHIP (DUES EXEMPT): Honorary Life Membership shall be granted to those surviving family members of those AMCM personnel that have met the above criteria for regular membership.  Although the loved one may not have been a member of this Association, their memory and AMCM service shall be forever remembered by this Association.  In so doing, the surviving spouse, son, daughter, father, mother, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother, etc. shall be granted Honorary Life Membership and shall be entitled to all priviledges and honors of a Regular Member.
